- The Sales Register customer entry monitoring program
- in conjuction with the Sales Register customer file
- and transaction file can be used to check for expired
- membership, past due accounts and frequency of entry.
- The customer entry monitoring program supports an
- electronic gate and bar code reader, which will
- allow customer entry, only if the customer's member-
- ship and account is current.

- The customer entry monitoring program can be used on
- a computer dedicated to monitoring customer entry,
- or on a single computer used for cash register
- operations and monitoring customer entry.

- SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS:

- IBM PC or compatible microcomputer with 640 kbytes
- of RAM, two disk drives and monochrome monitor.
- A hard disk is recommended.

- Use a keyboard with seperate cursor & numeric key
- pads, for easier operation.

- Epson compatible printer.

- OPERATOR: Enter the account #, or press enter and
- enter the customer name.

- NOTE: To exit the C.E.M. program and return to
- the cash register program, type E or Q
- and press enter.

- To change the C.E.M. system setup, type
- SETUP and press enter.

- To print the C.E.M. management reports
- go to the main menu and select 12.

- You can print customer address labels
- and bar code the customer account number,
- to make membership cards.
- You can then read the customer account
- number with a bar code reader, instead
- of entering it on the keyboard.
